Tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

God bless Queen Elizabeth, may she rest in peace.

As long as I live, she has been queen of the United Kingdom, something to be taken for granted, something that could be relied upon. A very impressive personality, she was extraordinary!
I would like to express my sincere condolences to my English friends.

The Jutlandic Way is probably the oldest land connection between Northern Europe and Africa, almost 4000 years old. From the Danish border near Flensburg it runs via Schleswig, Rendsburg and Glückstadt to Harsefeld, southeast of Stade, where it continues with the Via Baltica to Osnabrück. It runs from Trondheim to Santiago de Compostela.

I can’t believe the news today
Oh, I can’t close my eyes and make it go away
How long, how long must we sing this song?
How long? How long
‚Cause tonight we can be as one,
tonight Broken bottles under children’s feet
Bodies strewn across the dead-end street
But I won’t heed the battle call
It puts my back up, puts my back up against the wall
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
And the battle’s just begun
There’s many lost, but tell me who has won?
The trenches dug within our hearts
And mothers, children, brothers, sisters torn apart
Sunday, Bloody Sunday…
